第九届中美欧暑期宗教社会科学高级研讨班于2012年7月4-10日在香港中文大学举行。作为“中国宗教与社会项目”的一部分，本期暑期研讨班重点关注宗教社会学教学方法的培训与开发。 25位在中国各高校教授本科或研究生宗教社会学课程的青年教师参与本期暑期班。本次研讨班的主要讲员包括：密西根大学的鲍曙明教授、台湾东海大学的赵星光教授、上海复旦大学的范丽珠教授、中心联席主任洪朝辉教授、华东师范大学的李向平教授、台湾大学的林端教授、香港大学的宗树人教授、中国人民大学的魏德东教授、中心主任杨凤岗教授与香港中文大学的邢福增教授。
